The diversity and inclusion group at ABN AMRO UK is an open Employee Networking Group within the firm that aims to create an open forum where employees who share a common cultural heritage, race, gender, age or interest can create a fairer and more effective organsiation. Members use this forum to communicate and exchange ideas, to develop a more extensive network of relationships across the firm, to access volunteer opportunities in the community, and to benefit from career development and mentoring support.

We strive to create a work environment where diversity is a core part of the culture within the Bank. By building an inclusive workforce here in the UK, we can leverage on the skills, ideas and talents and embed diversity into our journey over the coming years.
